Practical, evidence-based psychology services designed to help you make room for hope and restoration.

Restoration Psychology Inc.

St Albert, Alberta

I work with adults, adolescents and children (6+) to make peace with their story, address current stressors, and foster their strengths and vision for the future. I specifically love working with neurodiverse clients and their families, and I believe wholeheartedly that when we prioritize a deeper understanding of one another we can create a safe place for growth in emotional regulation skills which extends beyond the family. Faith based counselling is available upon client request.

Meet Christine Davage

Guiding you through your unique journey with understanding and compassion.

Christine collaborates with individuals and families, including neurodiverse clients, to explore their stories and foster growth. With a rich background in law, education, and music, as well as a trauma-informed approach, Christine blends diverse therapeutic techniques to support clients in finding peace and thriving in life. Christine holds specialist training in trauma treatment as well as training and lived experience with neurodivergent clients and their families.

Christine moved to Alberta from the UK in 2016 and retrained as a psychologist after many years of home educating my children and working as a musician, both performing and teaching. She practices with a trauma informed approach, and combines interventions from theoretical approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT and IFS. She offers faith based treatment on client request.

Christine’s therapeutic approach emphasizes non-judgmental support and strengths-based strategy.

I believe that we all have a unique story, and that meeting our inherent need to be heard and accepted is an important step in finding peace.

Your Questions, Answered

Do I need a referral to book a session?

No referral is required. Simply choose a service from the booking page, create a profile, and you’ll receive an email with scheduling instructions. If you need more support to do this, please email me at christine@restorationpsychology.ca

Are your services covered by insurance?

Coverage varies by provider and plan. Many insurers can be direct billed, but some have limitations on this. We supply detailed receipts that you can submit for possible reimbursement; please check with your insurer for specifics.

How soon can I start receiving treatment?

Most clients schedule their first session within one week of contact. Our flexible calendar offers daytime, evening, and weekend slots to fit your needs. If you can’t find availability in the published schedule, please email christine@restorationpsychology.ca and request an appointment at your preferred time - if I can accommodate it, I will.
